R6S Crusader – Support & Troubleshooting Guide

This page contains a step-by-step troubleshooting guide for R6S Crusader loader or injection issues.

✅ Dev-Check: Pre-Build Submission Checklist

📝 Supporter Note: Before sending any build to the Dev team, make sure the following steps are completed.

Send to customer:

- Have all previous steps been checked?
  - Ensure every other part of the process has been fully reviewed and completed.
- Initiate troubleshooting:
  - Type ".troubleshoot r6s" in the ticket channel.
  - → The customer must fill out the required forms.

🔧 R6S Driver Error 1

Send to customer:

1. Press WIN + R, type regedit, and press Enter.
2. Go to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Config
3. Check the value of VulnerableDriverBlocklistEnable:
   - 1 = Core Isolation enabled
   - 0 = Core Isolation disabled
4. Send a screenshot.

Please also send a screenshot of System Information:
- type 'System Information' in your windows search bar.

📝 Supporter Note: Check if the user has the following disabled: - BIOS Mode should be UEFI. - Secure Boot should be disabled.

🔧 Disable Defender (Defender Control)

Send to customer:

1. Download Defender Control:
   https://www.sordum.org/9480/defender-control-v2-1/
   (Password: sordum)
2. Use it to disable Windows Defender.

🔧 Send Apps List

- Complete list of installed programs (search for "Add or Remove Programs")

🔧 Manual Cleanup of Services

Send to customer:

1. Open CMD as admin.
   Run the following commands one by one:
   sc query vgk
   sc query vgc
   sc query faceit
   sc query BEService
   sc query EasyAntiCheat
   sc query cm_km

   If any service is running, stop it with:
   sc stop [servicename]

   If it won’t stop or uninstall, search for uninstall tools for the program.

2. Make sure programs like MSI Afterburner are not running.

📝 Supporter Note: If the issue persists, offer an AnyDesk session to check for hidden problems.

🔧 Error: "Error Occurred on Memory, Please Report Developer"

Send to customer:

Try restarting your PC.

🔧 Host Folder Issue / etc error message

Send to customer:

Make sure the loader is extracted (don’t run it from the zip).

🔧 etc folder causes issue

Send to customer:

- Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers – if there’s a folder called "etc", rename it to "etc2" or remove it.
- If you receive an error due to a running program, close the program first. If you're unable to disable all startup apps, restart your PC and try deleting it again.

🔧 Connection Error

📹 Streaming Cheese on Discord (OBS Method)

Send to customer:

### Follow these instructions to hide the cheat in OBS.
1. Launch the game as usual.
2. Open OBS.
3. Click the + in "Sources".
4. Add "Game Capture".
5. Change the mode to "Capture specific window" and select the game.
6. You should now see the game in OBS.
7. Right-click the screen in OBS and choose "Full-screen Projector (Preview)".
8. Choose the monitor where the game is running.
9. Press Alt+Tab and go to Discord.
10. When screen sharing, select the Full-screen Projector.
11. Alt+Tab back into the game and enjoy.

🎮 R6S Crusader Not Working in Arcade Mode

Send to customer:

Try to disable Team Check in the Loader Menu.
