Crusader – Dev Check Support Guide

This page contains a step-by-step troubleshooting guide for a Crusader Dev-Check.


1. βš™οΈ Windows Security Configuration

Send to customer:

Please make sure all necessary Windows security components are disabled as shown in our video:

If this is a new customer, always ask for screenshots of their Windows security settings (as shown in the video).
This is mandatory before proceeding.


2. πŸ•ΉοΈ In-Game Settings Check

Send to customer:

Please double-check the following in-game settings:

- Is the game set to *Borderless* window mode?
- Is *Nvidia Reflex* turned **OFF**?
- Is the *Ubisoft Overlay* **ENABLED**?
- Have you tried pressing *INSERT* in the shooting range (not just in the main menu)?

πŸ“ Supporter Note:
If the customer struggles with this step, ask them to send screenshots of their settings.
If needed, offer remote help using AnyDesk or RustDesk.


3. πŸ“₯ Loader Redownload

Send to customer:

Have you already tried re-downloading the [loader](<https://uniqueloader.com/r6s/>) launching it again?  
Sometimes a fresh copy solves the issue instantly.

4. πŸ”§ Troubleshoot Command

Supporter sends:

Send to customer afterwards:

5. βœ… Required Info Check

  • [ ] Is the license key provided?
  • [ ] Is the public link accessible?
  • [ ] Has the problem been clearly described?

βž• If ALL answers are YES – Send to customer:

Thanks! You’ve provided all required info.

A developer check may take up to **24 hours**, depending on the issue.  
Don’t worry – your lost time will be **compensated** from **now** until it’s fully fixed.

βž– If ANY info is missing – Send to customer:

We’re still missing some required information.  
Please make sure:

- Your license key is provided  
- You included the public link  
- You described your problem clearly

Once all this is available, we can proceed with the dev check.

Once everything is ready, tag @Shady, Management, or Admin in the internal channel or ticket.

Example:
