Crusader β Dev Check Support Guide
This page contains a step-by-step troubleshooting guide for a Crusader Dev-Check.
1. βοΈ Windows Security Configuration
Send to customer:
Please make sure all necessary Windows security components are disabled as shown in our video:

π Supporter Note:
If this is a new customer, always ask for screenshots of their Windows security settings (as shown in the video).
This is mandatory before proceeding.
2. πΉοΈ In-Game Settings Check
Send to customer:
Please double-check the following in-game settings:
- Is the game set to *Borderless* window mode?
- Is *Nvidia Reflex* turned **OFF**?
- Is the *Ubisoft Overlay* **ENABLED**?
- Have you tried pressing *INSERT* in the shooting range (not just in the main menu)?
π Supporter Note:
If the customer struggles with this step, ask them to send screenshots of their settings.
If needed, offer remote help using AnyDesk or RustDesk.
3. π₯ Loader Redownload
Send to customer:
Have you already tried re-downloading the [loader](<https://uniqueloader.com/r6s/>) launching it again?
Sometimes a fresh copy solves the issue instantly.
4. π§ Troubleshoot Command
Supporter sends:

5. β Required Info Check

- [ ] Is the public link accessible?
- [ ] Has the problem been clearly described?
β If ALL answers are YES β Send to customer:

A developer check may take up to **24 hours**, depending on the issue.
Donβt worry β your lost time will be **compensated** from **now** until itβs fully fixed.
β If ANY info is missing β Send to customer:
Weβre still missing some required information.
Please make sure:
- Your license key is provided
- You included the public link
- You described your problem clearly
Once all this is available, we can proceed with the dev check.
6. π€ Forward to Management

Once everything is ready, tag @Shady, Management, or Admin in the internal channel or ticket.
Example:
