Error list
🔧 Loader closes on initializing / authenticating
Send to customer:
Go to incognito mode in your browser and redownload the loader.
Secureboot must be disabled
Enter your BIOS and disable Secure Boot. In some BIOS versions you may also need to press "Clear Secure Boot Keys".
🔧 Your system must be running in UEFI mode
Send to customer:
Convert your Windows install to UEFI mode.

If conversion fails, reinstall Windows with UEFI mode enabled in your BIOS.
🔧 Failed to authenticate loader
Send to customer:
Redownload the client from the website and make sure you run that version.
🔧 Loader repeatedly says it needs to reboot
Send to customer:
You have "Memory Integrity" enabled in Device Security.

🔧 Failed to setup core
Send to customer:
Download EasyUEFI and rebuild the EFI System Partition using this guide:

🔧 Cheat does not show in game
Send to customer:
DayZ: Uninstall ReShade and disable NVIDIA overlay/filters.
R6: Run the game in non-Vulkan mode.
All games: Switch game to borderless mode during injection. You may switch back to fullscreen afterward.
🔧 Client does not open / failed to load backend dll
Send to customer:
Ensure you’ve installed all redistributables and .NET from Step 1 of the guide.
If nothing happens when launching:
Run CMD as admin and execute:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Then reboot and try again.
🔧 Game freezes / crashes on injection
Send to customer:
Avoid fullscreen during injection. Press ALT + ENTER to switch to windowed mode.
Note: R6 currently does not support fullscreen due to DX12.
🔧 Failed to find suitable region (injection error)
Send to customer:
Disable NVIDIA overlay and filters.
Open Windows Security → App & Browser Control → Exploit Protection → Program Settings
Set all options to "Use default".
Reboot your PC.
