Overview Users
The "Overview Users" section in the admin panel allows administrators to quickly search and manage users.

- 🔐 Change Password: Admins can manually update the user's password if needed.

Stock Status
The "Stock Status" section provides an overview of the current inventory levels of all products.

- 🔄 Real-Time Updates: Inventory is updated automatically based on product availability and orders.
- 📊 Quick Insight: Useful for tracking out-of-stock or low-stock items.

Ticket Transcripts
The "Ticket Transcripts" section allows admins or support staff to view the full communication history of support tickets.
Features:
- 📄 Transcript View: See all messages exchanged in a support ticket.
- 🧑💼 User & Agent Logs: Both user and support responses are visible.
- 🔍 Audit Tool: Useful for reviewing customer interactions, troubleshooting issues, or providing training.
